Villarreal Force Academy Coaches to Travel to Villarreal CF (Spain)

On December 6, VFA Coaching Staff Cristiano Dias, John Callahan and Tyler Hudson will depart for an eight day trip to Villarreal CF (Spain). In their time there, they will be brought up to speed on the Villarreal Ideology and Methodology first hand from the Villarreal CF UEFA Pro Licensed coaching staff.

They will attend matches, observe training sessions and meet with our parent club's Psychological and Technical Directors. The eight day trip's main purpose is to continually push forward our mission of creating a better learning and playing environment for both our coaches and players here in Fayetteville.

The Villarreal Force Academy is a true affiliate of Villarreal CF (Spain). The mission of the VFA in conjunction with Villarreal CF is to help guide and educate players to reach the next level of their development by focusing on three main attributes; Knowledge of the Game; Autonomy; and Values.

Villarreal Force  is a educational soccer academy that focuses on the long-term well-being of players, rather than focusing on immediate and short-term results.

Our philosophy of individual player development using the league and tournament platforms help players reach their personal potential without being left behind due to team dynamics.

It is the overall goal to produce the best player we possibly can to achieve their personal next level. Whether that be here is the United States or one day reaching the ultimate success by wearing the Yellow of Villarreal CF in Spain.
