Update on Covid-19 Virus

Fayetteville Soccer Club has made the decision to extend the suspension of all soccer operations until April 30, 2020 due to the spread of the COVID‐19 Virus that has been determined a pandemic world‐wide.

We have been in touch with our State Sanctioning Association, (NCYSA) and they have suspended all matches and events until April 30, 2020 as of now.

In the end, our organization is about people, and creating a positive experience for all who play and attend our trainings and matches. As of today, we still cannot influence, change or guarantee that anyone who comes to our complex will leave without being affected in the short term or permanently in a negative manner at this time. Ethically and morally, we cannot take that chance and put our players or their families at risk. There is nothing to gain.

This is just a suspension of play for now. Our full intention over the next two weeks is to implement a plan to make sure that all of our regularly scheduled matches, programs and training sessions resume and get played in full after we feel comfortable returning to the fields. Our goal is to make up any missed time and matches for your players.

Again with that said, we are suspending all trainings, matches, programs and events that are to be held at Jordan Soccer Complex until at least April 30, 2020, and no travel teams will be traveling to outside facilities to play matches as well. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause families, and we will make sure to keep everyone updated as we continue to monitor the situation.

Thank you for everything you do for Fayetteville Soccer Club!
